A new technology that eliminates the water film on the heat transfer surface, improving productivity! Awarded the "Sasaki Prize" at the 51st Paper and Pulp Technology Association.
We would like to introduce a case where the "Kurita Dropwise Technology" was trialed and evaluated. We received an inquiry from a factory that manufactures paper (pulping) using pulp (plant fibers) extracted from wood chips, seeking ways to improve productivity. In response, we proposed a new technology that changes the heat transfer surface to be water-repellent, eliminating the water film.
